Conditions for Free Exchange / Replacement
1. Timely Reporting:
Any claim for exchange or replacement on the ground of damage, defect or breakage of the product shall be reported to the Company within 24 (twenty-four) hours of delivery. For deliveries made in remote or out-station locations, such reporting shall be permitted within 48 (forty-eight) hours of delivery.
2. Mandatory Unboxing Video Evidence:
The Customer shall be required to furnish an unboxing video of not less than 10 seconds and not exceeding 30 seconds, which shall constitute proof of the condition of the product at the time of opening.
The video must strictly adhere to the following conditions:
a) It must be recorded in one continuous take, without any cuts, edits, pauses, filters or alterations of any kind.
b) The video must first clearly display the sealed outer courier package, including the brand-specific tape and courier label.
c) The video must then show the process of opening the courier package, followed by the branded jewelry box, and subsequently the opening of the jewelry box.
d) The jewelry article must be displayed from all angles, and the alleged damage or defect must be shown distinctly and without ambiguity.
3. Condition of Product:
The jewelry must remain in the same condition as depicted in the unboxing video at the time of return inspection, and shall be unused, unaltered and accompanied by all original tags, certificates, packaging materials, invoice and any additional accessories, failing which the request for free exchange/replacement may be rejected at the sole discretion of the Company.
