Exchange Policy (For damage/defect product)

We undertake strict quality control and exercise due care in the inspection, handling and packaging of all products prior to dispatch. Notwithstanding the same, in the event that the product delivered to the customer is received in a damaged, broken, defective condition  at the time of delivery, the Company shall, upon verification and subject to the terms herein, provide a replacement or carry out necessary repairs at no additional cost to the customer.
