Exclusions — Cases Not Covered Under This Policy
The following circumstances shall not qualify for free exchange, replacement, or return under this policy:
1. Minor marks, scratches, manufacturing variations, or normal wear and tear occurring post-delivery.
2. Damage arising from misuse, mishandling, negligence, impact, fall, rough wearing, or exposure to chemicals, perfumes, cosmetics, or moisture.
3. Absence of mandatory unboxing video evidence, or where the video is edited, paused, cut, altered, retaken, or otherwise fails to comply with the required video guidelines.
4. Videos recorded after opening the package or after the jewelry has been worn/used.
5. Damage or defect reported beyond 48 hours of delivery, including remote location extensions.
6. Customized and engraved products, for which only repair may be offered, and replacement shall not be available.
